Delivery in South Africa ...
Products purchased from BuySecurityOnline.co.za are delivered to any Post Office counter or physical address within South Africa only. Delivery times are dependant on the delivery method selected during the Checkout process.

Order Delivery:
Delivery charges on our site in Rands (ZAR) are as listed below regardless of order volume. On our Checkout pages you will be given an option to select from one of the delivery methods listed below. All orders are insured, insurance charge is included in all our delivery options.

Delivery Address:
Please make sure your delivery address is correct including area codes. Customers will have to pay an additional delivery charge for us to resend any order if returned due to incorrect delivery information.

Warranty & Returns:
We give 6 Months warranty on all items listed on our site from date of purchase. Items returned to us must be in good condition with the original packaging and contents. We will replace any item that becomes faulty through normal use within our 6 month warranty period from date of purchase.

What can I return immediately?

Damaged products, defective products and incorrectly supplied products.

You must notify us within 14 days if any item is received damaged, defective or if the incorrect item has been supplied. We will arrange with our courier to collect the product at our expense. We will replace the product and courier it back to you free of charge.

How to return Item/s under warranty

If any item becomes faulty through normal use within our 6 month warranty period it may be returned for replacement. Post or courier the item/s back to us in secure packaging, include all accessories with a note stating your contact, delivery details and order number. Alternatively drop off directly at our office.
