Shopping online with us is fast and simple. Create your user account in seconds. Sign in, choose item/s and edit the quantity field if more than one is required then click the add to cart button (Please allow a little time for the information on each item that loads in a small window near the top of the page. Click "Ok" in the pop up window when the item has been successfully added to your shopping cart, do the same for all items required. Products including total price will be added to the shopping cart section above our specials in the top right column of our site.

When you are satisfied click "Checkout", then select your delivery address. Select your preferred delivery method and allow the site time to load this information before moving on to payment options, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payment option is set by default (Bank Cash Deposits can also be made using this method). Complete the order by clicking the "Finalise" button, our site will automatically send a invoice to your registered email address. The invoice will include: Ordered item/s, total payable, your order number and SGW Global Trading banking details for payment.

Order by Email or Fax - SA Delivery:
Placing order/s without signing up to the website is simple. Send an Email to sales@sgwglobaltrading.com "or" Fax to 086 731 8004 - Information required: Item/s and quantities, preferred delivery method (Post Office Counter Insured "or" Courier to Door), contact and delivery information including Province, Town/City name and area code.

Your invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours which will include: Your order number, delivery details, order total and SGW Global Trading banking information for payment.

Payment Options:
We offer the following payment option on Checkout: EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) / Bank Cash Deposit. Please Note: We do not accept cash payments on our premises.

Bank Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Once you've placed your order payment and order details will be available to you; direct deposit or transfer the order total into SGW Global Trading Standard Bank Account using your "Order Number" as the payment reference.

Standard Bank to Standard Bank transfers can take up to 24 hours to reflect in our account and transfers from another bank can take up to 48 hours to clear. All orders will be processed once the purchase amount reflects, SGW Global Trading Banking Account is checked twice per day for cleared order payments.
